Effective date: April 30, 2026
Perdra ("we", "us", "the app") is a productivity app for tracking quests, daily rituals, focus sessions, and goals. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights over it. If you have questions, email yancarrion98@gmail.com.
If you choose to subscribe to the optional "Remove Ads" subscription, our payments processor (RevenueCat, working with Apple App Store and Google Play) records your subscription status and a transaction identifier. We do not see or store your credit card or payment details — those stay with Apple or Google.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your app content (quests, attachments, goals) for advertising purposes.
To run the app we rely on a small number of trusted service providers. Each one only receives the information they need to perform their function, and each is bound by their own privacy commitments.
Other than the providers listed above, we do not share your personal information with any third party.
The free version of Perdra shows ads provided by Google AdMob to support development. By default we configure AdMob to request non-personalized ads, which limits the use of advertising identifiers for targeting purposes. On iOS, you can also control ad tracking through Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising ID through Settings → Google → Ads.
If you subscribe to the "Remove Ads" plan, no banner or interstitial ads are shown and the AdMob SDK is not used to make ad requests for you.
Attachments you upload to a quest are stored in private cloud storage scoped to your account. Access is controlled by row-level security so that only you can read, download, or delete your attachments. We do not analyse, scan, or otherwise process the contents of your attachments.
When you invite another person to a shared calendar, we use their email address only to deliver the invite and to identify them as a member of that calendar. Members you invite can see the quests on the shared calendar but they cannot see anything outside it.
Perdra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Perdra, contact us at yancarrion98@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We keep your account information and app content for as long as your account exists. When you sign out, your data remains on the device and in our cloud database. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email yancarrion98@gmail.com from the address on the account; we will action the deletion within 30 days. We may retain anonymous aggregated data after deletion (for example, total counts that include no identifiers) for product analytics.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email yancarrion98@gmail.com from the address on the account.
Communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Stored passwords are hashed. Cloud storage and the database are protected by row-level security policies that scope access to the authenticated user. No system can be made completely impenetrable, but we use the security measures we believe are appropriate for an app of this scope.
Perdra is operated from the United States. If you use the app from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US and any other country where our service providers operate.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top. If the changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
