Hi! I'm Yan, the developer of Perdra. Every support email lands in my inbox and gets a reply from me, usually within a day.
Email: yancarrion98@gmail.com
Tell me what device you're on (iPhone or Android), what version of Perdra (find it under More → Settings), and what you were doing when the issue happened. Screenshots help a lot.
Email me from the address on the account and I'll permanently delete the account and all associated data within 30 days. A self-serve "Delete account" button is on the roadmap.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Perdra. On iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Perdra → Cancel. On Android, open the Play Store → menu → Subscriptions → Perdra → Cancel. You'll keep ad-free access until the end of the current billing period.
Open Perdra → More tab → Remove Ads → tap "Restore Purchases". This re-syncs your subscription from your Apple or Google account. If ads still show after a restart, email me and I'll dig in.
Yes — sign in with the same email on each device and your quests, habits, and goals sync automatically.
Open the Quests tab → tap the calendar selector → "+ Calendar" → toggle "Shared" → invite people by email. Members you invite get an in-app notification and can collaborate on quests in that calendar.
You shouldn't on a normal install. If you do, you may be running a development build. Open the App Store and reinstall Perdra to get the production version.
Tap a quest to edit (or "+" to create), then in the Attachments row tap "Files" → "Add file". You can attach up to 5 files per quest, 10 MB each. Tap a file to open it; tap the trash icon to remove.
Perdra is fully translated into English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, and Russian. Change languages under More → Settings → Language. If you'd like Perdra in another language, email me and I'll add it to the list.
Sorry about that! Email me with steps to reproduce, your device + Perdra version, and a screenshot if you can. I prioritize bug fixes for the next release.
Please do. I read every email and the roadmap is shaped by what people actually ask for.
See the Perdra Privacy Policy for what data we collect, how we use it, and how to exercise your rights over it.
